By accessing and using HyperControl2, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use HyperControl2 for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in HyperControl2
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Not share your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

In no event shall HyperControl2 or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use HyperControl2.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HyperControl2 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
